This Condo lies across the street from the Pacific Ocean and a trendy restaurant. Many popular TV shows have been filmed at this location. It features a sunken LR with french doors to balcony. The dining room table seats 6. There is an office with computer and wireless DSL. There are 5 TV's with cable, the living room tv is 44" HD. It has 2 BR suites at opposite ends of the house, each with a king-size bed and down comforters for your comfort. Each bedroom has its own balcony with lovely landscaping.The bathrooms have floating shower doors and double sinks, the master has a shower and tub. There is a 2 car garage, full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances: dish washer, microwave, stove and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in door, coffee maker, juicer. There are ceiling fans in all upstairs rooms. Ocean breezes keep the temperature very comfortable. Gas grill,wood-burning fireplace and atrium off kitchen and dining room with fountain. maid service provided every 2 weeks, laundry in condo. Pool and jacuzzi, steps from front door. No smoking. Close to downtown Malibu and easy access to all major freeways. close to Disneyland, Universal Studios and many waterparks. There is a pool and jacuzzi just steps from my unit. The ocean is right across the street as well as a popular oceanfront restaurant which opens at 6am. Many restaurants close by. Malibu has a brand new movie theatre and A-1 shopping. There are local trails for hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains. The 101 is close by to get to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk, Live Theatre and plays. I have directions to all attractions!
The town of Malibu is 10 minutes from my drive, with restaurants, shopping and movie theatre. Many other restaurants, grocery shopping, drug stores, dry cleaning are within minutes. Santa Monica is 20 minutes down scenic Pacific Coast Highway to the south and Santa Barbara is about an hour to the north.
