Recently remodeled (w/ hardwood floors, limestone tile in the bathroom), fully furnished, bachelor studio is a romantic and cozy getaway. Unit has a full bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. No need to worry about parking because there is parking space included.
You can take a swim in the ocean or have a BBQ in the yard. Food is not an issue either because there is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker or simply walk to one of the nearby restuarants. So much to do.... And don't worry about beach gear, the studio comes with 2 folding chairs and beach towels! Two adults (or one adult and one child) maximum occupancy.
Second floor with direct full view of the surf and the world-renowned Pier, just steps away from the sand! Coastal bike path, beach, shopping, amusement park, famous Muscle Beach, volleyball, many restaurants right outside the door. Free beachfront shuttle bus stop in front of building. Walking distance to famous Third Street Promenade, Main Street and Venice Beach.
Controlled access building, parking pass included. Common barbecue and sitting areas in huge back yard. Coin laundry facilities on premises.
